• Free Shipping: Free Shipping (orders over $30) - Shipping Time: 1-3 business days
 
• VIP Customer Shipping: $9.99 shipping fee (fast shipping allows you to receive your favorite products faster) - Shipping time: 1-2 working days
Final shipping charges vary by country or region. We work with USPS/FedEX/DHL/UPS


Customs, Duties and Taxes

QUADCORA® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
*Refunds: We do not offer refunds on products that are on discount only if they are damaged. 

We are liable for the post delivery until it arrives the destination country. Every order has its tracking number and the customer can contact the local shipping company with the tracking number as a reference. 
*Products on Discount are not eligible for refunds.

Due to ongoing issues related to high demand, all shipments to Canada and the United States are delayed. As of now, all overseas shipments are delayed, which is very regrettable.
